מי מפעיל את האתר

האתר מופעל על ידי אסף בוסקילה תחת המותג AssafWeb. אפשר ליצור קשר דרך הקישור שבתחתית הדף.

טופס הפנייה

השם והטקסט שמקלידים בטופס נשארים בדפדפן בזמן הכנת הפנייה. האתר יוצר מהם טיוטת הודעה. כשבוחרים לפתוח את הטיוטה, הטקסט נכלל בקישור ומועבר לוואטסאפ. ההודעה אינה נשלחת לאסף עד שלוחצים על שליחה בתוך וואטסאפ.

מדידת שימוש בסיסית

האתר שולח לשרת אירועים קבועים בלבד, למשל בחירת מסלול, התחלת פנייה או פתיחת וואטסאפ. האירוע כולל את סוג המסלול ואת נתיב העמוד. טקסט חופשי, שם ופרטי קשר אינם נשלחים במדידה הזאת. כתובת הרשת עשויה לשמש זמנית להגבלת קצב בקשות ואינה נכתבת באירוע.

הדגמות AI ושירותים חיצוניים

• מיה פועלת דרך שירות שמוטען מהדומיין של AssafWeb. הודעות שנשלחות אליה עוברות לשירות שמפעיל את השיחה.
• ליאו וקישורי יצירת קשר פותחים את וואטסאפ. אם ממשיכים שם, Meta ווואטסאפ מטפלות בחשבון, בהודעה ובמידע הנלווה לפי ההגדרות והמדיניות שלהן.
• הדגמת הקול מתחילה רק לאחר בחירה מפורשת ואישור מיקרופון. השמע ונתוני השיחה עוברים ל ElevenLabs לצורך הפעלת הסוכן. מקור כללי, נתיב עמוד, סוג מכשיר וזמן מקומי עשויים להישלח לסוכן כדי להתאים את פתיחת השיחה. האתר אינו שולח לו שם או טקסט מהטופס.
• האתר מאוחסן ב Vercel. תשתית האחסון עשויה לעבד נתוני בקשה טכניים לצורך אבטחה, תפעול ותיעוד שירות.

אחסון בדפדפן

בחירות מתפריט הנגישות נשמרות באחסון המקומי של הדפדפן כדי שיופעלו בביקור הבא. האתר אינו משתמש בבחירות האלה לפרסום. שירותים חיצוניים שמוטענים באתר עשויים לנהל אחסון משלהם.

שמירה, בקשות ושינויים

משך השמירה בשירותים החיצוניים נקבע לפי הגדרות החשבון והמדיניות של כל ספק. אפשר לפנות לאסף כדי לבקש מידע על פנייה שנשלחה אליו, תיקון או מחיקה במקרים הרלוונטיים. המדיניות עשויה להתעדכן כאשר השירותים באתר משתנים.

Who operates this website

This website is operated by Assaf Buskila under the AssafWeb brand. You can contact Assaf through the link at the end of this document.

Enquiry form

Your name and free text stay in your browser while you prepare an enquiry. The website creates a message draft. When you choose to open it, the text is included in the link and passed to WhatsApp. The message is not sent to Assaf until you press send inside WhatsApp.

Basic usage measurement

The website sends only fixed events to the server, such as selecting a path, starting an enquiry or opening WhatsApp. An event contains the selected path and the page route. Free text, names and contact details are not included. A network address may be processed temporarily to limit request volume and is not written into the event.

AI demos and external services

• Mia runs through a service loaded from an AssafWeb domain. Messages sent to Mia are processed by the service that runs the conversation.
• Leo and contact links open WhatsApp. If you continue there, Meta and WhatsApp process the account, message and related information under their own settings and policies.
• The voice demo starts only after an explicit choice and microphone permission. Audio and conversation data are sent to ElevenLabs to run the agent. A general source label, page route, device type and local time may be passed to the agent to tailor the opening. The website does not send your form name or form text to the voice agent.
• The website is hosted by Vercel. The hosting infrastructure may process technical request data for security, operations and service records.

Browser storage

Accessibility choices are stored locally in your browser so they can be applied on your next visit. The website does not use those choices for advertising. External services loaded by the website may manage their own storage.

Retention, requests and changes

Retention within external services is controlled by the account settings and policy of each provider. You may contact Assaf to ask about an enquiry you sent, or request correction or deletion where relevant. This policy may be updated when the services used by the website change.
